Design Motivation can provide a full service package to assist you will implementing a successful meeting allowing you to work diligently on planning of the content of your meeting - thus relieving the stress of finding the venue, negotiating contracts, arranging transportation and overall logistics of the meeting, planning food and beverage menu’s, assisting with guest speakers or incentive gifts, audio visual needs and even outside events or dine arounds.  Design Motivation will speak with you to see what you need, the type of meeting you need to plan, the dates, the locations that may suit you best, the budget we need to work with.  We will be on site to assist with the on site management of your meeting logistics to ensure a seamless event.  Design Motivation works on a management fee as discussed with you to provide a professional level of service and attention to details that we are known for.  We work with you to make you look good!
